Just finished reading a book lately.

''Tuesdays with Morrie'' is a true story about someone who realised that he is about to die

after being struck by amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ASL) =(

and how he spent his remaining days....a book that is truly worth reading.

When you learn that you are going to die, you learn to live.

Death may sound scary, but it is one thing that none of us can avoid...

and because of death, people realise the need to live their lives fruitfully.

We only get to live once.

How long will mine be? and will I die with regrets?

It has been a year since I encounter the death of my closest kin...

perhaps not just the dead may die with regrets,
